As of Thursday 21st January 2021, the shares of Impact Air Systems and Impact Technical Services have been acquired by Addtech.
Impact Air Systems provide global customers with waste and trim extraction and separation systems and Impact Technical Services provide service and maintenance of these systems, along with dust and fume control solutions and LEV testing to a nationwide customer base.
This exciting move for Impact was initiated as Addtech looked to expand within the recycling and environmental sector and saw Impact as the perfect fit. At the same time, Impact was seeking ways to take the business further and this opportunity came at a perfect time.
Nick Ball, Impact’s Managing Director, commented on the acquisition:
“We are extremely excited to announce our new ownership structure with Addtech and would like to stress to our faithful customer base that there will be no difference in our day-to-day operations. Our usual high standard of customer service will continue and there will be no change in staff. It is business as usual.
After getting to know the way that Addtech works, Impact became even more confident that this would be a great way forward. The Addtech group is split into five different business areas and Impact sits within the Industrial Process business area.
Addtech, as a long-term owner, offers both an excellent and exciting opportunity to further develop our business and solutions and we are looking forward to taking Impact to the next level under their ownership.”
Addtech’s CEO Niklas Stenberg says on the acquisition:
“With Impact we continue to focus on and develop our offering of sustainable solutions to our customers.”
