A leading manufacturer of pharmaceutical and food packaging had their emissions stack blown down during high winds. Their first call was to Impact.
Our Solution
Within 2 hours, we had completed a full site survey and began planning the job the same day. The work required meticulous coordination, including a team of engineers, a cherry picker, a scissor lift and a crane to ensure safe and efficient installation.
The challenge was significant: the 864mm diameter, 12m stack was damaged, and the base had torn away several acoustic panels and a 3mm thick fabricated transformer section.
The Result
We delivered a safe, stable, and fully operational replacement within the time frame given by the customer — minimising downtime and ensuring site safety.
