My 30 years+ experience in the air movement and pneumatic material transfer industries, enables me to diagnose, install and rectify any issues you may be experiencing with these areas of your facility and associated plant throughout many varied applications and fields.

My knowledge and understanding of this equipment combined with a P601 qualification for LEV testing ensures comprehensive assessments of your Local Exhaust & Ventilation systems can be carried out and detailed reports supplied to ensure your records adhere to HSE requirements.

All work is completed efficiently, effectively, professionally and safely to ensure minimal downtime and disruption.

Intensive training has given me varied qualifications and certificates enabling me to use various access equipment (IPAF & PASMA), work safely within confined spaces and other safety accreditations, for which certificates are held.

As a service engineer at Impact, I carry out tasks which include:

• Air filter, rotary separators and rotary valve repairs and servicing
• Fan Repairs, balancing and servicing
• Extraction System modifications
• Extraction System installations
• Mechanical repairs, fault diagnosis and repairs
• LEV testing and system modifications
• Surveying and assessments of LEV systems
